How do we start our fundraiser?

How will we receive our orders?

Orders will be shipped via UPS ground or freight, depending on the size of the order.

Can customers place orders online?

Accepted Answer

Yes!  You can also run an online only sale and all orders will ship directly to your customers home or business.

Question 4

Do I have to purchase popcorn flavors by the case?

Accepted Answer

No!  Willy Great Popcorn can be delivered to your group pre-sorted, (student packed) OR you can have it delivered bulk packed to the case.  Our popcorn is 12 units to the case.

Question 5

How do I submit our order to you?

Accepted Answer

As the group sponsor, you will receive a completed "Order Form Summary Sheet" from EACH seller.  The sponsor will mail the completed order forms to:

Once we receive your completed order form, we will email your group invoice.

How do we pay for our order?

You can pay for your order by credit card or a group check.

Question 7

Do we pay sales tax on our orders?

Accepted Answer

Please check with your bookkeeper if you do not know if your group is tax exempt. Tax exempt groups will need to provide us with a copy of your Tax Exemption Form. 
 
If you are NOT tax exempt, that amount will be charged to the total sale and collected on invoice.

When should we expect our popcorn delivery?
